Richmond Hill

Something that not many people know is that Richmond Hills is home of Canada’s largest telescope. Another interesting fact is that Richmond Hill is one of the youngest cities as before 2019 it was still considered a township rather than a city.

Richmond Hill is known for its rich cultural diversity with three most prominent local ethnicities include Chinese, Iranian and Italian. Across 126 languages are spoken with a population of 200,000 people and one of Canada’s most educated workforces with 77% of the population completed post-secondary studies and over 50% university graduates.
